I attended my first Winston Cup race at Daytona in July 2000. I got the opportunity to see Jeff Gordon two times there, once during a fan forum and once at a Pepsi announcement. I have always been a hardcore fan, but after seeing Jeff and what a nice guy he is, I would not put any other driver into the same category. Jeff is what first attracted me to this sport. I fell in love with that bright rainbow car when I watched my first race, and I'll be in love with that bright rainbow car the last race Jeff runs. No matter what, I'll always be a Jeff Gordon fan!
